A project like no other...
26 Cairns Street will be a subtropical residential tower, spanning the historic and revitalised Frank Nicklin Dry Dock. The development will make an innovative and regenerative contribution to the community for the enjoyment of residents of Kangaroo Point and the wider Brisbane Community.
The Dry Dock Gardens
The Dry Dock Gardens will be a long-awaited addition to Kangaroo Point’s green spaces. Centrally located on the peninsular between the new Kangaroo Point Green Bridge and the soon to be upgraded Dockside Ferry Terminal, the Dry Dock Gardens will provide a spectacular place for the community to enjoy a historic Brisbane destination within a lush subtropical garden setting enlivened by retail.

Community
26 Cairns Street heralds a new era of development for Kangaroo Point, one born out of principles of sustainability and community. The neighbourhood’s expectations on development have been embraced to create an exciting and vibrant addition to the Kangaroo Point peninsular.
The Team
To create a new vision for this special site, Delta Australia Holdings Limited has partnered with world renowned architects WOHA and Architectus, a relationship aligned on ensuring the project delivers for both the residents and community alike.

Acknowledgement
We acknowledge all peoples and groups who speak the Jagera language as the traditional custodians of this land. We would also like to pay respect to their Elders – past, present and emerging as the holders of the memories, the traditions, the culture and the spiritual wellbeing of the Aboriginal peoples.
Before British settlement Kangaroo Point was the home for many people who used the Brisbane River, in which Jagera language is known as the Maiwar for food and a means of travel.
